§ Important Note: Starting August 3, 2018 and until further notice, guided tours of the interior of the “Texas Whitehouse” are cancelled per the National Park Service due to needed repairs. However, guests can still explore the LBJ Ranch grounds, view exhibition pieces and artifacts in the JetStar Hangar, watch an award-winning 14-minute film, and get a picture with LBJ’s infamous JetStar aka “Air Force One-Half”.

Stop At: Fredericksburg, Fredericksburg, Texas

This part of the tour is on your own. Shop or have lunch at a bier garten. Visit one of the many wine tasting rooms. Explore the home of Admiral Chester W. Nimitz.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Luckenbach, Luckenbach, Texas

Listen to live country. Shop the old general store. Have a Texas beer on the outdoor patio bar.

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Sister Creek Vineyards, 1142 Sisterdale Rd, Sisterdale, TX 78006-7113

Try some award-winning wine (optional).

    We loved this tour! Loved learning about LBJ! AND Seeing hus boyhood home and Ranch , also Fredericksburg shopping!

    Jose our tour guide was wonderful!!! He took us to all the venues and was very informative on all the places we went. He entertained us with facts throughout the day!

    Jose was friendly and knowledgeable. It would be nice to have more dialogue on the hour drive out to the hill country and maybe some bottles of water available.

    We felt more time was needed for the LBJ section of the tour. The Luckenbach visit could have been eliminated.

    Our guide Loretta was great! She was very knowledgeable and brought the LBJ Ranch and Texas Hill Country to life. Tour was well organized and comfortable.

    It was not what I thought. Driver very nice. I thouht there would be history information in way & stops on ranch with tour guide information. I’ve been on yours with lot more history info & photo stops

    Loved it all!! It was very educational and fun at the same time. Love lunch at Fredericksburg and shopping, also so cool to go to Luckenbach!

    Tour guide Jose is very knowledgeable. We went to see so many places like Blanco, Johnson, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach and Albert.
